On June 16, 2026, Miles "Scoochie" Moffit (MD, USA) tossed an empty water bottle overhead, with back to target, turned and impaled it against a wooden target from a distance of 14 feet with a 12" triple headed axe. (Note: the bottle contained 2 oz. of fluid).
