Card Tearing: Atlas Hold: 16” Diameter 164 LBS / 74.5 KG Sphere . Frank Delventhal. On January 24, 2021 in Hamburg, Germany, Frank Delventhal lifted a 16” diameter concrete sphere from the ground to the back of his neck and while balanced in place, tore a full deck of standard coated poker cards with his hands in front of him. 

Guidelines: 1) Concrete sphere 2) Standard coated poker card deck 3) No adhesive or tacky. 4) Elbow sleeves are permitted 5) Sphere shall be lifted from the ground and positioned behind the head, with the sphere balanced behind the head the hands shall let go of sphere and tear the entire deck of cards in half. Cards can be held in teeth, hands, or pocket while lifting sphere. Once card tear is complete the sphere is brought back around to the front of body and can be control dropped.

Chain Breaking: #6 steel jack chain: 10 links long: Chest Belt: 4 min 35 sec. Beginning with all equipment laying on a table, the attempt starts when the judge instructs "go" and the best and first chain are applied to the chest. #6 steel jack chain is manufactured without welds. A “break” is considered complete when the expansion of the chest into the belt causes the chain link to separate fully and the belt to fall off. Each chain must be broken before attempting to break the next one. When the 5th chain breaks, the time is stopped.
