Bending Steel: 5/16" x 7" round bar Cold rolled steel: hands only: 2 movements in 14 seconds. Brett Bracken. On December 16, 2018 Brett Bracken bent a 5/16" x 7" round bar of Cold Rolled Steel with only the hands (no external fulcrum or assistance by legs) to the point of 1 5/8" inside gap between the ends. 12" x 12" squares (1 per hand) of Cordura fabric only for hand pads with no additional fastening device.
