Paayas Vaidya (born on September 11, 2011) of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India became the youngest innovator at the age of 5 years 9 months. He has made a unique toilet water mug having slogans regarding hygiene, water conservation and space for advertisement on it to motivate people for use of toilet. It has additional provision of keeping toilet paper which can improve toilet use in areas of water scarcity. Paayas has created awareness regarding ODF (open defecation free). RHRI
